REFUNDS AND CANCELATION
Cancelation Policy
Prior to dispatch, -100% Refund less any payment refund fees if applicable
Post-dispatch -no refund.
Refunds must be requested in the exact same packaging as they were received. Products that are damaged, used or altered cannot be returned.
Within 7 days of delivery, customers can return their order. All returns must be unopened and in their original packaging. No refunds for shipping or COD charges are allowed.

If the order was prepaid, the refund will be made into the card/bank account that was used to make the transaction. This process will take between 5 and 7 days.
For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made immediately into Next In Pack Store Credit.
The seller will only be responsible for the cost of returning an item if it is no longer needed. We can arrange for pickup, but you will have to pay the shipping and pickup costs.
Once we have received your product, the refund process will be initiated. Once the refund is initiated, the amount will be reflected in your Netxtinpack.com wallet and converted into store credit.
Complaints
- If quality is found to be less than described, it will be replaced. We will pay for the return freight and we will send new lots at our expense.
- Do not accept damaged goods in transit Please mention urgent matters on the courier slip/transporter LR prior to accepting the goods.
- We will send you pictures and proof of the damaged PCs.
- The money will be refunded if the customer cancels an order after dispatch. If the shipment has already been sent, customers will receive a refund. However, shipping costs for canceled orders will still be charged to them.
