Ordering custom boxes is easier when you have the right details ready. Use this checklist to get an accurate price on the first try and avoid delays.
1. The inside size of the box
Give us the length, width and height in millimetres. If you are not sure, see how to choose the right box size and use the box size calculator.
2. What goes inside
Tell us the product, its weight, and whether it is fragile. We use this to recommend the ply and paper strength.
3. The ply you need
Choose 3-ply for lighter products, 5-ply for heavier or fragile ones, and 7-ply for very heavy loads. Not sure? Read the ply guide or ask us.
4. Quantity
Our minimum order is 1,000 pieces per size. If you need several sizes, each size counts separately.
5. Printing
If you want your logo or design on the box, send your artwork with the enquiry and tell us how many colours.
6. Delivery details
Share the delivery address and your GST details so we can quote and invoice correctly.
What happens next
- We review your details and send you a price and a ply recommendation.
- You approve the specification and size.
- We make the order at our Hyderabad plant and deliver it within 7 working days from approval.
